Before you call

The questions Rebekah answers most days on the phone.

Insurance, emergencies, the first visit, and what a treatment actually involves. If your question is not here, call the office directly.

We provide comprehensive dentistry under one roof, including preventive care (cleanings, exams, and gum care), cosmetic dentistry such as teeth whitening and bonding, restorative treatments like crowns, bridges, dentures, and white fillings, gentle tooth extractions, custom nightguards and sports mouthguards, and same-day emergency dental care.

Yes. We accept most PPO insurance plans, and we have partnered with CareCredit so treatment can be paid over time. Most insurance plans carry a yearly maximum that typically resets every calendar year, so Rebekah at the front desk will check where you stand before treatment starts.

Absolutely. We offer same-day emergency dental services for urgent needs such as severe tooth pain, broken teeth, lost fillings or crowns, dental trauma, and infections.

Yes. We offer free initial consultations for new patients, with no pressure and no obligation.

Our office proudly serves patients throughout Palm Beach County, including Greenacres, Wellington, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, and the surrounding communities.

Every 12 months, including a gum measurement around each tooth. Hygiene cleanings are recommended every six months, and more often if you are being treated for periodontal disease.

Soreness for a few days is normal. Avoid chewing on that side, take the antibiotic if one was prescribed, and call the office if pain or tenderness increases or if the temporary filling comes out.

Arrange a ride home, because of the anesthesia. Some bleeding is normal and is managed with gauze, so call us if it continues past 24 hours. Rest with your head propped up rather than lying flat, take the pain medication as prescribed, and stay on soft foods for a few days: gelatin, pudding, yogurt, mashed potatoes, ice cream and thin soups.

A temporary restoration goes on first, so be gentle brushing, flossing and eating while it is in place. Some sensitivity or irritation is normal and subsides, and most people are fully adjusted within about a week.

The same temporary-then-permanent process as veneers. Once the permanent restoration is cemented, brush and floss the crown or bridge exactly as you would a natural tooth.

After your visit

What to expect once you get home.

The same aftercare instructions Rebekah goes over with you before you leave the office, written down so you have them later.

After a root canal

Soreness for a few days is normal. Avoid chewing on that side, and take the antibiotic if one was prescribed. Call the office if pain or tenderness increases, or if the temporary filling is lost.

After an extraction

Arrange a ride home, because of the anesthesia. Manage bleeding with gauze and call us if it continues past 24 hours. Rest with your head propped up, not lying flat, and take any prescribed pain medication. Stick to soft foods for a few days: gelatin, pudding, yogurt, mashed potatoes, ice cream, and thin soups. No straws, and no smoking.

After veneers, a crown or a bridge

A temporary restoration goes on first, so be gentle brushing, flossing and eating while it is in place. Some sensitivity or irritation is normal and subsides, with a full adjustment within about a week. Once the permanent piece is cemented, brush and floss it exactly like a natural tooth.
